Our focus is certainly quality over quantity, and unlike most search firms, our consultants are not pressured to purely statistical targets, rather a project-based approach towards finding the most individuals for a specific role, which eradicates the common issue of our clients having to re-assess whether a candidate is suitable for their position. We take this responsibility seriously, and would rather not waste ours, the candidates or the clients' time. Therefore, we thoroughly assess whether a candidate is suitable for a position before sending them to our client.
